• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay for your order in cash when the courier delivers it to your doorstep. This service is available for all customers nationwide.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): You can transfer funds directly to our company bank account. This is recommended for larger orders (over Rs. 10,000) or if you prefer a cashless transaction.
• Mobile Wallets: We accept payments via JazzCash and EasyPaisa upon request.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services (M&P and Dewoo for same day intercity) to ensure your smart gadgets arrive safely.

* Note: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.
* Public Holidays and Sundays are non-working days for courier companies.

3. Store Pickup & Installation (Lahore Only)

Are you based in Lahore? You can skip the delivery wait!

• Store Pickup: Visit our office in Johar Town (Phase 2) to pick up your order personally. This is a great way to see the product before buying.
• Express Store Delivery: For urgent orders in areas like DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, and Wapda Town, we can arrange a special rider for same-day delivery (subject to availability).
• Smart Installation Services: We offer professional installation for Smart Locks, Switches, and Automation Systems in Lahore. Contact our support team to book an installation slot with your delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package.
• Free Shipping: Look out for our special promotions! We occasionally offer free shipping on specific bundles or order values.

5. Order Verification

To prevent fake orders and ensure timely delivery, our Customer Support team may call / whatsapp you to verify your address and order details before dispatching. Please ensure your mobile number is active.
