The IP65 Smart Access Controller is a multi-credential access-control device for doors, gates and managed entry points in offices, hostels, apartment buildings, hotels, factories, shops, gyms and public facilities. It supports fingerprint, RFID card, keypad PIN and mobile-app access, allowing property managers to select an access method that suits staff, residents, guests, members or authorised visitors.

TTLock access controller

This controller works with the TTLock WiFi Gateway for remote WiFi connectivity. Bluetooth is used for supported local connection and configuration, while a compatible TT Gateway is required when the project needs remote access, online administration or supported remote access-event functions.

For hospitality projects, this controller can be considered alongside the TTHotel hotel locking system. It is suitable for staff entrances, restricted service areas, administration rooms, store rooms and controlled access points where the selected controller, lock hardware, gateway and hotel-management workflow are confirmed as compatible before installation.

IP65 Protection for Indoor and Protected Outdoor Entrances

The IP65-rated enclosure is designed to help protect the controller from dust and water jets when installed correctly. It can be considered for indoor, covered outdoor and controlled external-entry applications such as office entrances, gates, factory access points, gym entrances and service areas.

IP65 does not mean the device can be submerged or used without proper installation in every exposed outdoor location. Cable entry, mounting position, sealing, rain exposure, drainage and power protection should be assessed by a qualified installer before installation.

Compatible Electronic Locks and Access-Control Hardware

This controller is used as part of a complete access-control installation. It sends a relay signal to compatible electronic locking hardware and may be used with suitably rated magnetic locks, electric strikes, electric rim locks and other relay-controlled locks.

Suitable Door and Entry Applications

The controller may be installed near wooden, glass, metal, aluminium and other compatible door types. The controller itself does not determine the physical door fit: the correct lock, mounting bracket, power supply, door frame and wiring method must be selected for each entry point.

• Wooden doors: Can be paired with a suitable magnetic lock, electric strike or electric rim lock.
• Glass doors: Require compatible glass-door locking hardware and correct mounting brackets.
• Metal and aluminium doors: Require a lock and mounting method suited to the frame profile and door construction.
• Gates and external entries: Require a compatible gate lock, weather-aware installation and suitable power planning.

Access Records and User Management

TTLock and TTHotel-compatible projects may provide user-management and access-event functions according to the installed controller, mobile app, gateway, account permissions, network condition and software version. These functions can help project managers manage approved users and review supported entry events.

Before ordering, confirm the exact user capacity, fingerprint capacity, RFID card capacity, record-storage method, remote log access, export options, offline operation and data-retention period for the selected model. These details can differ by product configuration and app platform.
