In case of Out of City Order
Our OMNI Smart Home Automation Company Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm your order. Once the order is confirmed, an email will be sent to you at your given email address, including the estimated shipping date and the shipping details.
You will receive the order at the provided mailing address within the time frame according to your location.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order by contacting our OMNI Customer Service Team. Once your order has been shipped, and payment is received, the order is neither cancelled nor the payment refunded back to you. Change of mind is not applicable.
