Conditions for Returns

  1. If your product packaging damaged/ opened at the time of delivery, do not accept shipment from courier company.
  2. Return / refund / is only applicable to UN-opened products.
  3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  4. Product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  5. Customer will pay for the shipping courier cost in case of return.
  6. Please note that products are not eligible for a return in case of “Change of mind”.
  7. Returns must be made within 5 working days from the date of purchase, and you will pay a 10% Restocking fee based on the purchase price.omni smart return and refund policy

  1. If your product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us within the first 48 hours for return.
  2. The product must be unused and unopened.
  3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  4. Product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box
  5. Customer will pay for the shipping cost in case of return.
  6. Please note that the product is not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.
