Return & refund Policy
Conditions for Returns
- If your product packaging damaged/ opened at the time of delivery, do not accept shipment from courier company.
- Return / refund / is only applicable to UN-opened products.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
- Customer will pay for the shipping courier cost in case of return.
- Please note that products are not eligible for a return in case of “Change of mind”.
- Returns must be made within 5 working days from the date of purchase, and you will pay a 10% Restocking fee based on the purchase price.
Refund policy
- If your product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us within the first 48 hours for return.
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Product should be in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box when returned. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box
- Customer will pay for the shipping cost in case of return.
- Please note that the product is not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.
