Your replacement is guaranteed! If you record a video while opening your parcel and find a damaged/missing item, we will approve your free replacement claim immediately without any hassle.
At Omni Smart, we stand behind the quality of our smart home products. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we are a registered Pakistani company with physical support centers.
1. Defective or Damaged Products (7-Day Replacement)
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is not working correctly (DOA – Dead on Arrival), we will replace it for free.
Proof Required: To process your claim, you must share the Unboxing Video showing the package being opened and the defect.
Why Video? This protects you. If you have video proof of the damage upon arrival, no questions will be asked, and your replacement will be dispatched priority.
Timeline: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.
Process: Send the video and details via WhatsApp to 03-111-182-111. Our technical team will troubleshoot with you.
Resolution: If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement. We cover the shipping costs for valid defective claims.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
Bought the wrong switch? Or decided you don’t need the lock anymore? You can return it, subject to the following fair usage terms:
Condition: The product must be unopened, sealed, and unused. We cannot accept returns if the seal is broken or the device has been installed/pasted on a wall.
Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 5 working days.
Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our initial packaging and handling costs.
3. Warranty Policy (1-Year Coverage)
Most Omni Smart devices come with a 1-Year Service Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal use.
What is covered: Internal hardware failure, sensor malfunction, or software issues.
What is NOT covered: Damage caused by power surges (WAPDA shocks), water damage (unless IP65 rated), physical breakage, or improper installation by non-professionals.
4. How to Return an Item
We make returns easy. You have two options:
Option A: Drop Off (Fastest)
Visit our office to hand over the product instantly. This saves you shipping costs and time.
Islamabad: Suite 401, Building 10, Giga Downtown, DHA Phase 2.
Option B: Courier Return
Pack the item securely (please do not tape directly on the product box) and ship it to our Lahore Head Office via TCS, Leopards, or Trax. Please include your Order ID inside the parcel.
Note: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The Refund will Only be made to account from where the money was received in case of card / Bank transfer purchase.
