Common Issues We Fix (FAQs)
Yes. We stock replacement tempered glass panels for most 1-Gang to 4-Gang Tuya and Smart Life switches. We can replace the glass without changing the whole unit.
This is often caused by voltage fluctuation or a failing capacitor. We repair the relay and power supply capacitors to stabilize the switch.
Smart devices are sensitive to Pakistan's voltage spikes. If your device won't turn on after a power outage, the internal fuse or power IC is likely blown. We can fix this at a fraction of the cost of a new device.
This is usually caused by a short circuit in the motherboard or using low-quality zinc-carbon batteries. We repair the power module and recommend industrial Alkaline batteries.
Sensors can degrade due to dust or scratches. We can clean the optical sensor internally or replace the biometric module if it is damaged.
This is the most common issue in Pakistan. It can be due to a 5GHz router conflict (cameras need 2.4GHz) or corrupted firmware. We offer firmware flashing services to restore connectivity.
Security cameras cannot be reset by a button if they are bound to a previous cloud account. Omni Smart offers an official "Cloud Unbinding Service" for Ezviz and V380 devices.
This could be a damaged SD card slot or a fake memory card (common in the market). We repair the card reader slot on the mainboard.
