Limited Product Warranty – Electronics Where explicitly mentioned (Touch Switches, Smart Door Locks & Door Bells)
All Items By default are NOT covered in the warranty.

We are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality smart home devices. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the limited warranty offered on eligible Omni products.
Omni provides a standard one (1) year limited warranty on all Touch Switches, Smart Door Locks, and Door Bells, valid from the date of original retail purchase.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Physical damage including cracks, dents, breakage, or impact damage.
Exposure to liquids, moisture, humidity, or other environmental contaminants.
Electrical damage due to non-standard usage, such as:
Incorrect installation
Improper wiring or connections
Use of incompatible power sources
Damage from power surges, voltage fluctuations, over-voltage or under-voltage conditions.
Damage resulting from short circuits or faulty electrical systems.
Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications to the product.
Damage caused by fire, lightning, natural disasters, or external forces.
Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the device’s performance.
To make a valid warranty claim, the customer must:
Present the original purchase receipt/invoice.
Provide the original product packaging.
Submit the product to Omni’s authorized service center in Lahore either by mail or in person.
Incomplete documentation or absence of original packaging may result in rejection of the claim.
