Omni Smart – Warranty Policy

We value your trust in Omni Smart products and strive to provide reliable, high-quality smart devices. Please carefully read our warranty policy before making a purchase.

1. No Standard Warranty Coverage

By default, ALL Omni Smart products are not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
We strongly advise customers to inspect and test products immediately upon delivery.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Even if a warranty is offered, it will not cover the following:

• Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or improper installation

• Signs of repair attempts by the customer or any unauthorized technician

• Wiring issues due to incorrect installation or poor electrical connections

• Damage caused by electrical faults including over-voltage, under-voltage, or unstable power supply

• Burn marks or short-circuit damage caused by misuse or faulty wiring

3. Warranty Claim Submission

• The product must be submitted to our Lahore service lab for inspection.

• Submission can be done physically in person or via courier at the customer’s expense.

• Original purchase receipt is mandatory for all warranty claims.

• Products received without a receipt will not be accepted for evaluation.

4. Testing & Final Decision

• All returned items will be tested in our authorized Omni Smart Service Lab.

• The lab’s test report will be considered final and binding.

• If the lab report concludes the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, free repair attempt will be offered and if failed the product will be replaced with same item(subject to stock availability).

• If damage is found to be caused by external factors, the item will be returned without replacement.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure installation is carried out by a qualified electrician or technician.

• Use a stable and recommended power source to avoid electrical damage.

• Keep proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) for any warranty claim.
